Brewed in Greenwich, on its way to you. Here is what to expect.
- Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 working days and is sent by DHL.
- Delivery is free on orders of £60 or more.
- On orders under £60, standard delivery costs £4.95.
- Once your order ships, we email you tracking details so you can follow your parcel.
We cannot promise a specific delivery date or time slot, but your tracking link will always show where your parcel is.
We only deliver to UK mainland addresses.
We cannot ship internationally, or to the Channel Islands or the Scottish islands. Sorry about that.
We are very sorry that your order arrived damaged. Here is how to put it right.
Email us at [email protected] with:
- your order number
- a clear photo of the damage
- which items are affected, and how many
For the affected items, you can choose a refund or a replacement. We will take it from there.
Our team is here Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
If you order several cases, we split your order across more than one parcel because of the weight limit for each box.
- The parcels can travel separately, so they may arrive on different days.
- Each parcel has its own tracking, so you can follow them all.
If one parcel has not arrived a few days after the others, email us at [email protected] with your order number.
We are sorry your order is not with you yet. Here is what to do.
- Open the DHL email we sent you and check your tracking. Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 working days.
- If your tracking has not updated for two days or more, or it says delivered but you do not have your parcel, email us at [email protected] with your order number.
We will check with DHL and come back to you.
Is a beer in stock?
Our website always shows what is available right now. Sometimes a beer is temporarily out of stock, and it will show as unavailable until it returns.
Is Yakima Red Ale coming back?
Yakima Red Ale has been discontinued and is no longer in our production plans. We are sorry about that.
Do you sell Meantime gift packs?
Not at the moment.
Where else can I buy Meantime?
Our online shop does not hold a list of bars or shops that stock Meantime. Some supermarkets, such as Tesco, Waitrose and Sainsbury's, stock it in some stores.
If your order has not shipped yet
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and your full corrected delivery address, including the property number and postcode. We will update it and confirm.
If your order has already shipped
We cannot guarantee a change once a parcel has left us. The quickest route is the DHL email you received for your delivery, which lets you redirect your parcel yourself. If that does not work, email us and we will contact DHL.
Once an order has been processed, we cannot change its billing address.
